This policy explains what information GPTAdsMaster collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. Last updated: September 8, 2026.
1. Who we are
GPTAdsMaster (“we”, “us”) is an independent advertising agency operating in the United States, United Kingdom and India. For questions about this policy, contact us at privacy@gptadsmaster.com or via our contact page. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI or ChatGPT.
2. Information we collect
- Information you provide - name, business email, phone, company name, website, country, industry, budget range, objectives and any message you submit through our forms.
- Account information - if you become a client, the details needed to operate your portal account and campaigns.
- Usage and device data - pages viewed, referring URL, approximate location, browser and device type, and similar analytics data.
- Marketing attribution - UTM parameters and click identifiers (e.g.
gclid,fbclid) where present, and the landing page you arrived on. - Cookies - see section 5.
3. How we use information
- To respond to enquiries and provide a preliminary opportunity assessment.
- To deliver, manage and optimize advertising services for clients.
- To operate the client portal, meetings and reporting.
- To send service communications and, where you have opted in, occasional insights.
- To measure and improve our website and marketing.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. Legal bases
Where UK/EU data protection law applies, we rely on: your consent (e.g. marketing emails, non-essential cookies); contract (to provide services you request); legitimate interests (to run and secure our business); and legal obligation. Where Indian data protection law applies, we process personal data on the basis of your consent or as otherwise permitted by law.
5. Cookies and tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies in three categories:
- Necessary - required for the site and portal to function. Always on.
- Analytics - help us understand site usage. Set only with your consent where required.
- Marketing - support campaign measurement and attribution. Set only with your consent where required.
You can manage non-essential cookies through our cookie controls and your browser settings.
6. Sharing
We share personal information with service providers who process it on our behalf (for example hosting, email delivery, analytics, scheduling and storage), with advertising platforms where necessary to run authorized campaigns, and where required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information.
7. International transfers
We operate across the USA, UK and India, so information may be transferred and processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
8. Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or anonymize it. Lead records are retained to support follow-up and, if you become a client, for the life of the engagement plus any period required by law.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal information, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise a right, contact privacy@gptadsmaster.com. You may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.
10. Security
We use technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit, access controls and signed URLs for private files. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
11. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new version here and update the “last updated” date; material changes will be highlighted.
